SSIS Package Error

I have an issue in running the SSIS package. As a part of project migration, we are moving from SQL server 2008 R2 to 2014. We are checking for compatibility issues. Current server is running 64 bit os. This package is having external interface with other system. Oracle 64 bit driver installed on the machine. I am able to run the package from the old server (32bit machine) When I run the SSIS package in new server(64 bit os), I am getting the below error message. Error: SSIS Error Code DTS_E_CANNOTACQUIRECONNECTIONFROMCONNECTIONMANAGER. The acquire Connection Method call to the connection manager failed with error code 0x0C202009. Please suggest.
