SSRS 2014 upgrade reports missed in Report Manager

I had to upgrade all environment from SS2008 to SS2014 and SSRS were also part of the project. I was following MS recommendation from:[link text][1] The SSRS upgrade method choice was side-by-side. SSRS 2014 were installed on new host then I backed up and restored RS and RSTempdb dbs from SS2008. EncKey was also restored. SS2014 and SSRS2014 services are running now on different users. Shared schedules were created on new database instance automatically during SSRS upgrade process. After upgrading I can connect to Report Manager but can see only few reports, many reports are missed, data sources as well. However when I browse select * from reportserver..catalog I can list them all which were visible in SSRS2008. How can I recover rest of reports? Maybe upgrade went wrong, how to troubleshoot it? Any help appreciated. [1]: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms143747(v=sql.120).aspx#bkmk_known_issues+
