Move files to new folder based on modified date/created date using Powershell

Hello, I have "History" folder which consist 3000+ text files and so I would like to automate the process which is moving files based on their modified date/created date to new folder. For E.g. Whatever the files which got created in past 1 month that should move to new folder (Powershell script should create new folder every time when moving) and after moving the files to folder, that folder should get zip. Can anyone please help me with this requirement.

What should the new folder be called? What have you tried thus far?
