In order to install replication you need to know your environment, and define what your goals are. You also need to know and understand what the different types of replication are and how they work. Then start planning your installation. You will need to make decisions on whether or not to use a remote distributor or a local one. Validate what you are planning to replicate. Is there a primary key? Does it require a primary key to replicate? Once the legwork is done, replication itself is very easy to install. Replication is very diverse, and there are many a variety of ways of operating it. But out of the box works in most situations. Here is a link to help you get started: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb500348(v=sql.105).aspx as well as http://searchsqlserver.techtarget.com/tip/SQL-Server-database-replication-tutorial
