Restore Procedure on Secondary Server Using Log Shipping

I have two SQL 2014 servers (SVR1 and SVR2). I have log shipping set to go to SVR2. In the event that SVR1 fails, how do I get the database on SVR2 up and functional? Currently, its in the restore state.

Thanks for the reply. I read through it, but its completely bland about the actual methods or commands used to do the restore. HOW do you copy uncopied backup files? From where to where? How is the restore done? I cant find anything on it.

SVR2 is **already** up & functional, but the database is marked as "restoring" because it has not been told to become the primary. You can tell it to become the primary, but there's a lot more to read & understand before you want to type the "restore database {}" statement. https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms191233.aspx
