Archive SAP DB of around 400 gb for the first time

Hi Friends, I am using SAP in my environment. I am using MS SQL 2005 for my 3 system landscape. For QAS system, now the system is getting almost full. Around 400 GB, SAP DB is taking now. Among that 4 data files consisting of around 150 GB and 1 LOG file consisting of 200 GB. ![alt text][1] Can any one help me suggesting make that how to archive these files as i am doing for the first time.
