Explore Filetable Directory not working

O/S: Windows Server 2016 Standard Edition SQL Server 2016 Developer Edition Failover cluster installation with Full Filestream enabled -- 13.0.1605.5 SSMS version 13.0.16000.28 When right clicking on filetable potential_doc_filetable to launch Explore FileTable Directory with my AD account that has sysadmin privileges I get "The file location cannot be opened...". However if I go to Windows explorer on my Windows 10 workstations I am successful at navigating to: \\dev101\mssqlserver\ERF_Database\Potential_Documents I am also successful at moving documents to this folder and opening documents in this folder. It is only through SSMS Explore Filetable Directory not working. Any advice be much appreciated.
