SQL Server 2014 Memory Usage Warning

I am using SQL Server 2014 Standard Edition on a 64 bit Windows 2012 Machine. I am getting following error: Memory Usage: Total 18815 MB, Used 15635 MB (83%), Free 3179 MB (17%) What steps I should take to correct the memory issue.

Where is this error appearing? This doesn't look like a problem as long as the server is only hosting SQL Server.
