SQL Server 2014 free ware Monitoring tool

Dear SSC I 'm a new member and MS-SQL is new things for me. I just installed and created new instance-databases If Need to monitor our MS-SQL do you have any suggesstion ?

I'm not aware of any free monitoring tools. There are several excellent options for paid versions, which if the instance is a production level instance, I'd highly recommend: - Red Gate: https://www.red-gate.com/products/dba/sql-monitor/ - Sentry One: https://sentryone.com/ - Idera: https://www.idera.com/productssolutions/sqlserver/sqldiagnosticmanager If you don't want to pay for anything, you can roll your own type of monitoring, however this will be more difficult to accomplish. I'd probably suggest starting with Glen Berry's scripts here: http://www.sqlskills.com/blogs/glenn/sql-server-diagnostic-information-queries-for-october-2016/. This would give you a good start on what to look for and then you can take his scripts and expand them into some type of alerting process. Hope that helps!

Hello, I can advise you to try dbForge Monitor - https://www.devart.com/dbforge/sql/monitor/ It's a free add-in for Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, that allows improving the process of monitoring and analyzing SQL Server performance
