LogScan Number (xx:xx:x) passed to DB is not valid

The log scan number (949040:1526:1) passed to log scan in database 'EMR' is not valid. This error may indicate data corruption or that the log file (.ldf) does not match the data file (.mdf). If this error occurred during replication, re-create the publication. Otherwise, restore from backup if the problem results in a failure during startup.

Sorry guys, just started seeing this and the event viewer is littered with these events.

when is the last time dbcc checkdb ran successfully? any recent changes (like detach/attach)? is this database replicated?

Good call. I just checked the dbcc had failed the night before. Ran it and now everything looks good. Appreciate it.
