How do i parse string values

How do I get "Folder3" and "123456" from the following string: 'A:\Folder1\Folder2\Folder3_XYZ_abc de fg\Folder4\123456_I-am-SO-ignorant.pdf'

Just for that specific string or all of your string values in that same format?
