managing tables for multiple customers but single product

i am developing a web application which have multiple customers and a single product. i want daily sales data to be stored for every customer(consider i am having 10 customers). my application is having Customer Name,Price per quantity,Quantity,Total amount,Amount,Balance,Old Balance,Total Balance and finally a Save button. My Requirement is HOW TO CREATE TABLES,NO.OF TABLES AND RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN TABLES. SHOULD I NEED separate TABLES FOR EACH CUSTOMERS as i want total sales to be maintained in database. even a small help is appreciated.thanks for anticipation towards my questions.

I would start by visualizing the data, then creating a base model of the data and how to lay it out. After this, make a logical model of the database.
