SSRS Report Subscription page can't be displayed

We have recently found that when we try to set up a new subscription we get a message saying "This page can't be displayed" even though it was working fine and you can still run the reports. Has anyone come across this and know how to fix it or where I should start looking? The SSRS Configuration all looks OK so I'm a bit baffled. Many thanks
