Troubleshooting scripts at one place

Looking for troubleshooting scripts at one place with demo codes(websites or blogs). It would be for below scripts. I am very much happy about to get these scripts for maintaining in one place for troubleshooting our environments. - Memory - CPU - IO latency - Poor performed queries - Wait types

Glenn Berry maintains an excellent (and maintained!) list of *SQL Server Diagnostic Queries*.
