Insert into Statement after Insert show no Record in Table

Hi, I can't find the way where is the problem in my "Insert into" Query in Store Procedure, In my Remote Server Query is executed successfully but there is no record in Table , Its Never happened with me Before :(

It'd be helpful to see the code so that we can help troubleshoot it. Can you share the code please?

To find the bug you would start by looking at the insert statement. When you can't find the problem you would then ask others to help you. I think you are at that point now. However, we can't help because we can't see your code. Without the code we are left guessing and it could be anything.
