Are you doing both full backups and transaction log backups?

That's a big transaction log. Is that included in the 805GB or do you have 805GB data file and 740GB log file? I wouldn't shrink the database apart from in a truly exceptional situation, and even then it will probably cause unpleasant side effects. But it looks like you could shrink that log file a lot unless you regularly do some massive updates and you actually need that much log space. Are you running in full recovery mode without log backups by any chance?

Try to find the blocked transactions by running DBCC OPENTRAN, If any, then kill that transaction and then shrink your db.
