How to check added or deleted data in a table

I have a table which has server name and logins as columns. every week new logins are added and sometimes subtracted. i need query to filter which logins have been added and which have been deleted can i get a query? currently I have I Table with 2 columns server name and logins I need the result to have Added logins as well as Deleted logins (if any)
