SQL Server network protocols confoguration

Dear DBAs, SQL Server 2014 instance on my laptop is running on default port. I looked at TCP/IP protocol configuration under IP Address tab (See 1st pic), there were many protocols listed there. 1. Looked into IP Address for IP4, it's not the IP Address of my machine but it is somehow related (see 2nd pic). Do you know what is it and when should setting be leveraged ? 2. For most of protocols value of IP Address parameter is a garbage one but for IP10, value seems to be a valid IP Address. I didn't modify anything and want to know where it came from. Appreciate your help. Thank you.alt text![alt text][1] [1]: /storage/temp/3426-port2.png
