Migrate replication configuration

Hello, I Need to migrate Databases that are configured for Transactional replication. Publisher and distributor are on a separate machine. Here is the current replication configuration. Publisher: Server A Distributor : Server B Subscriber : Server C They are all on SQL2005. I need to migrate all Publisher,distributor and subscriber over to new set of machines (SQL2014) as below. Server A --->> Server X (pub) Server B --->> Server Y (dist) Server C --->> Server Z (Sub) How can i achieve this goal without re initializing replication or with minimum effort to reconfigure replication. Thanks in advance...

I think the only way you're going to be able to do this without setting up replication from scratch is to upgrade the instances in place.
