Everything wrong with the following Database Diagram

I have been given the assignment to figure out everything wrong with the following diagram and how to optimize it. Here is what I have so far: 1) Dimension 4 needs to have PK as id_d4 2) The fact table should contain foreign keys to the dimensions. We are not here to do your homework for you. Should you include the awful naming convention as something that is wrong?
