How can we resolve this one?

I faced one issue i.e: log file is full. But in log_reuse_wait is showing "log_reuse_wait_desc is database_snapshot_creation". Its a production issue, But i checked some jobs are running continuously except log backup.

I think you rushed your question a bit and need to explain the problem a bit more clearly. Is the disk full or does the log file have a size limit which it has now reached? What recovery model is this database in? If it's FULL are log backups being taken? Is the database involved in log shipping, mirroring, replication or Always On? Are the 'some jobs' relevant? If so, what are they doing?
