SQL Server Monitoring

Hi, I want to do the SQL Server Monitoring using t-sql query. Is it possible to get the monitoring data from sql server to excel. Please advise me how can I proceed with steps. Regards Murali

What is your goal? Live monitoring or collecting data for trend analysis?
