Search two lists of names to produce a list of fuzzy matches

Hi, I have two lists of names. I'd like to search TableA against TableB and show all the results. However, I'd like to to use fuzzy match searches so that if one person's name is listed slightly different in the other table, this will show a result. Example: If "John Smith" in TableA is listed as "Jon Smit" in TableB, I'd still like "Jon Smit" to come up as a hit result.

Have a look at the DIFFERENCE function. You pass in two strings and it returns a number that indicates how alike they are. You can use that to tune how sensitive your comparison is.
