Sql-Server Developer to DBA

I am working as a sql-server developer. I have working knowledge in T-SQL and SSRS etc. I am interested to change my career as a sql-server dba. I have limited experience in database administration (backups, migration scripts) etc. Could some one help out how to gain some real time experience in sql-server administration as a developer. any useful link also would be a big help. Thanks for the help Baiju
