Since you are new to SSIS, I would suggest you to breakdown your problem into smaller manageable tasks and attempt a try at them one by one. You will get lots of help when you look at smaller tasks - example one of them being how to create and load data into CSV file using SSIS. Slowly and surely you will learn and find a solution to your problem.

I was reading about the [CozyRoc SSIS+ Library][1] tools earlier today. Perhaps this would be of help? OK, it's not a freebie, but the price doesn't seem unreasonable when compared with the cost of time it would take you to develop these tools yourself... [1]: http://www.cozyroc.com

Agreed with the Nidheesh, break the problem in the small tasks. 1) - To generate the file: To fetch the data from the SQL and write them in the CSV, this you can do using DATA FLOW TASK; Source is SQL and destination you can use Flat File Connection manager and while configuring the connection, choose as DELIMITED and mention comma (,) in delimiter. For EXCEL use EXCEL destination. 2) Use Foreach loop container and configure it according to the requirement and use FTP task to share the files at FTP location. 3) Use Foreach loop container and configure it according to the requirement and use send mail task to share the files via MAIL.
