sorry I don't know the details of how to use all these tools - I'm sure there's plenty of documentation on those sites though. If you decide to trial one, the vendor will likely offer you a lot of support to make sure you get the best experience from it.
If the servers are 2008+ you could setup Central Management Server. This may give you what you are wanting and is free.
