Hi , I have a MYSQL Database in a Linux server. I need to pull the data from mysql into my MS SQL SERVER 2012. Can i use an SSIS package to pull it directly or should i extract the data into files and move it locally and import data from the file. Thanks in advance. Kannan

Yes you should be able to use SSIS to do this. Here's an older article but it should still be relevant. https://www.mssqltips.com/sqlservertip/2613/export-data-from-mysql-to-sql-server/ Hope that helps!
