Validate data before insert, update and raise a pop-up like "already exists" and check the conflicts as well.

[link text][1] [1]: /storage/temp/3157-data.xlsx please find the attachment for sample data in that I need to check metric name, metric code, metric_condition and id conflict(like same name trying to insert by user need to raise error "Metric name already exists") Help me its very urgent and I am really thankful them anyone help me on this

I don't think anybody will want to open an Excel file from somebody they don't know. It's just too risky. How about posting a sample of the data as a CSV file instead? And also please explain more about what you are trying to do, what you have done so far, and where you are stuck. That will give you a much better chance of getting some help. At the moment we don't understand and we don't know where to start.

This sounds too much like: "I got hired to do something I'm not qualified for. Please do the work for me."
