CImageHelper::Init () Failed load of symbol file with path = c:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL11.XXXXXX\MSSQL\Binn\;C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL11.XXXXXXX\MSSQL\BINN Error Code 0xc0000004

We are getting the above error sporadically in the SQL Server Event log. CImageHelper::Init () Failed load of symbol file with path = c:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL11.XXXXXX\MSSQL\Binn\;C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL11.XXXXXXX\MSSQL\BINN Error Code 0xc0000004 This is on an SQL 2012 Server Version 11.0.5058.0 Enterprise edition There are no other messages in the event log near this issue and there are no corresponding errors in the windows logs.

How much free space have you got on your C drive?

The C: drive has 51 GB free out of 94.1 GB
