How to create a standard SSIS package template

How do I create an ETL Package Template in SSDT 2012? We load a lot of files and submit them to another department for processing. I would like a way to create a package template that would allow my associates to open template and select a few tasks with minimal changes and kick off the loads. Right now, each analyst is creating a new package every time we have a load process or new client. I want to create reusable code for the team. Thanks!
