SSRS Subscription not sending
Hi I have an SSRS report set with a subscription, I would like the report to be sent in excel format as an attachment but have found that the logs says its sent and the subscription says it's sent but no email is received. If I include a link to the report but not an actual attachment it works fine. I have tested with a report that only returns one row of data wondering if it was a size issue, and that doesn't send either. I have another report with a subscription to an excel attachment which sends sometimes and have never figured out why it doesn't send all the time. Has anyone had anything similar or have anything for me to try? Thanks
If SSRS is showing no errors, I would get in touch with your Email Admin and ask them to check the logs for the SMTP service. I have used this KB to test from a SQL Server machine before:

That might be involved with the attachment limit of the email system. I have seen that in some cases where the Excel file or PDF that is generated exceeds the attachment limit of Exchange (or whatever is used). Exchange will return some message to the SMTP server but that never reaches SSRS to show errors all the time.
I have reduced the size of the report and it's working now so I expect it is down to size. Thank you.
Hi All, i am also facing similar issue, i have checked the logs but there was not entry in the reprot server log and i have checked for a day before file in previous day log the job id was presend and it is showing the last executed start and completed time, but in my case i was sending the report in mail body but still the email was not trigger can any one share me how to check the issue.
