What, like SQL Server BI Edition? http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/server-cloud/products/sql-server-editions/sql-server-business-intelligence.aspx or do you just want the development tools so you can build what you need before deploying it to your production environment? In which case, SQL Server Developer Edition might be the way to go...

SSIS only comes with sql. You could go for sql enterprise edition. Search online for various prices. I could able to find this link that may be useful:- https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-in/library/dn305848.aspx

My answer is related to the previous comments from Thomas Rushton and Anthony Green. (Thumbs up for both of you.) First, you cannot buy SSIS as a separate product. It is part of the SQL Server installation package. SQL Server Developer Edition is a ridiculously awesome product that (sadly) not enough people take advantage of. It is equivalent to the full Enterprise Edition but with the license caveat that it may only be used for development and testing. The amazing part? It only costs $50. You can use Developer Edition to build your SSIS package(s) and test them against the development database(s). Standard Edition is the least expensive option that includes SSIS and can be used in production. It supports 16 cores and 128 GB RAM. If you need more than that, you'll have to buy Enterprise Edition or use multiple servers.
