SQL Server Crashed and Showing MDF File Size 0 KB

Hi Everyone, My Scenario is briefed here. I have a database backup in simple mode taken on 23/09/2015 KDC.BAK - 23/09/2015 - 15032 KB KDC.MDF - 23/09/2015 - 16384 KB KDC_Log.ldf - 23/09/2015 -2560 KB My System Crashed on 29/10/2015 after which my situation stands as No Backup on Crash Date KDC.MDF - 29/10/2015 | 8:08 AM - 0 KB KDC_Log.ldf - 29/10/2015 | 11:39 AM - 3136 KB MASTER.mdf - 29/10/2015 MASTLOG.ldf - 29/10/2015 Also note the Server is offline and cant be accessed anymore, we have a new server in place with the above File Sets Is there anyway I can recover my database to the Point before the error occurred with all data till 29/10/2015 using the above set of files. ------------- Rahul

Without a backup just before the time of the crash, no, you will need to restore back to your last known good backup. If you can't have any data loss, you need to be in full recovery and do log backups which meet your companies RPO.
