SSMS 2012 SP2 Keep Crashing

guys .. Any work around for this SSMS crashing issue? This is happening on SQL Server 2012 SP2 clustered Environment. Have you tried patching SSMS? Is SSMS running on the server or on a workstation?

This error coming up when I am trying to open SSMS from the Server. It has SP2.
