SSRS Table to top of page

I have an SSRS report that can display one of three different tables, based on the selection of a parameter. Basically, if Value 1 is chosen for the parameter, Table 1 is visible, if Value 2 is chosen table 2 is visible, etc. Is there an option to force the visible table to the top of the page when the report renders? I know in design view I can drag them on top of each other, but that is what I am trying to avoid, I'd like to keep them separated in design view.
