Automatically allocation of bin location quantity

Im developing a csv export file through ssis. My problem is how can i allocate binlocation quantity that will equate to quantity in detail.csv. These two file will be used as an upload file file in the system that i'm using. ![alt text][1] [1]: /storage/temp/2597-binallocation.jpg

I don't think you're giving us enough information to answer your question. For example, how do the 2 files relate to each other?

Based on the images you uploaded, you probably can't. There's nothing in the first table that relates to the second table (except possibly Line# but that seems unlikely). If there are columns in the source tables on which the csvs are based that aren't displayed here, that DO relate the tables to each other can you post details of them? You also talk about binlocation and BinAllocation. Are these the same thing? If you can explain a bit about the business processes behind the data and what the data represents we might be able to give you a better answer.
