URGENT: SSL vulnerability security

Hi All, We are seeing vulnerabilities in our S Q L Servers and Verizon team recommends to install the Open S S L ( secure socket layer) to the latest version, Below are the list (C V E-2015-0204, C V E-2015-0205, C V E-2015-0206) How shall we apply these patches, what are the affects of applying or opening these patches in S Q L environment
