Copy data from amazon redshift to amazon rds(sqlserver)

I have already created the RDS instance of sqlserver. I have my data under redshift. I want to copy the redshift data to sqlserver instance. I am using workbench and i already have a connection established to the instance. I just need to know how i can copy to and from redshift. Thanks for all the help

For fast bulk data movement, we recommend using the COPY command for ingestion and UNLOAD command for extraction. Both run data-parallel across all nodes. UNLOAD will deposit files suitable for bulk loading in other systems into your S3 bucket of choice, encrypted with your key if you so choose. Anurag@AWS
