Error in Opening Maintenance Plan from SSMS in SQLServer 2008R2

Hi all, I am trying to open Maintenance plan from SSMS but Iam getting **value cannot be NULL** Note:I am Trying it From Local Machine through SSMS.And Its is another Server Machine Below iam having Screen Shot Of it ![alt text][1] [1]: /storage/temp/2507-errorinopening.png

I found possible solution on web: "Try registering the DTS.dll located at C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\100\DTS\Binn.
