SSRS- Multiple SSRS DB on same SQL Server

Hi Everyone, I am looking for SQL Edition support to host multiple SSRS DB ( With Diff name) On one SQL Server. Is SQL Standard edition can host only one set of SSRS DB for SharePoint? SQL Developer Edition can host multiple SSRS DB same as enterprise? Situation: On Dev and Prod Environment guy has installed SQL 2012 Standard Edition but now vendor saying since they need multiple SSRS DB on one SQL Server and standard edition can support only one set of SSRS DB , we need to upgrade SQL Edition to Enterprise or Developer. I know Enterprise can support Multiple SSRS DB on one sql. but I don't want to install enterprise on Dev/test so Developer edition will work same as Enterprise? Thanks for all your help.
