ssis data conversion failed. the data conversion for column returned status value 2

Hi All, I am struggling with some very simple but irritating issue from past fews days. I have a Flat file connection which is reading the CSV File and pushing the data in table. But my package is failing with error message "the data conversion for column returned status value 2". I Changed the Retain Nulls property in the properties of the Flat File Source in the Data Flow Task. I thought as my CSV Files contains Null value that might be creating the issue but still the same error exists. Can anyone suggests what can be done in such type of issue. Also FYI we are taking same kind of CSV files for 2 different countries.Anything need to be checked in terms of Page Code value do let me know..Please !!!!

If one file fails and others don't, then carefully inspect that file looking for bad data, or data that's different in one row. Pay close attention to the possibility of a comma in a text column. Also check that you have the correct number of columns and that they are in the order expected. If all the files fail, the recheck your mapping.
