CodePlex, GitHub, SourceForge or?

Hello everyone, I am going to be working on a small "bootstrap" for SQL database development using principles I've gathered from five years of work in a scrum environment. I want this to be open source and allow for feedback from the SQL community as well. In your experience, what is the best public source control repository, and are there any major concerns for this project on any of the three platforms I mention in my question?

Maybe you could update your answer to include some of the information you found and your reasoning? Why is GitHub the best? Maybe it is best for your situation but worst for someone else's? It is impossible to tell without more info. Thanks.
