Spammy user name

So we appear to have some interesting new users, who may (or may not) have questions and answers for us; however, their user names (and bios) are less than promising: For example, let us consider the case of the user whose name is "Safest Herbal Skin Exfoliators". Now, I'm prepared to bet that that's not the name on his birth certificate (or whatever the Singaporean equivalent is). And their bio is an advert for some Singaporean Skin Scrub... The question is, though - what can we do / should we do? There are several of these just on the first page of new users - https://ask.sqlservercentral.com/users/index.html?sort=recent&pageSize=50

Is "Kill it with fire" too harsh a response? :)

Kill with fire is absolutely fine - I'll delete a bunch, but if they keep popping up just put their names in a reply to this thread and we'll find and block their IP.
