http://support.microsoft.com/kb/918992) you can script out all users and their passwords. This generates the code to run to create the users on a secondary system, just output this to a file in a SQL Agent job. Very simple to do. However that does not include roles and permissions, for that I use my good friend Kendal Van Dyke's script [Scripting Server Permissions and Role Assignments](
http://www.kendalvandyke.com/2009/01/scripting-server-permissions-and-role.html), again, out put this to a file and you are good to go. I recommend having this as a daily job on all production instances. Beats having to restore the master database in the event of a DR issue.
