Procedure for decline windows update service

[link text][1] This stored procedure generates a file with machine name and [link text][2] number of updates. However using windows update services we have created an exception list (eg Internet Explorer) but the list outputs 2 in the spreadsheet but it is not updating the machine. What changes can I do in the procedure so that the list does not generate numbers for the machines that has exceptions.
