SSRS reports delivery using Windows file share is not working

I have tried all work arounds I could find but still am getting "An impersonation error occurred using the security context of the current user" error when I try to deliver SSRS reports to a shared folder. I have had the security team created a new domain account and I am using that user. The user has admin rights to the SSRS machine and also, has read/write access to the shared folder to where I'm trying to deliver the report. Can I have some help please.

Thanks raadee. Based on a quick review, I have followed everything in the link but I will revisit the entire set up again.
