How to resolve XA transacion issue

Hi, Recently I started facing issues with MSDTC enabled in the db server. Many a times the DMLs are getting blocked by spid= -2. To resolve this I had to kill the UOWs manually. But it is not a permanent solution though. I tried to configure the advanced option with "in-doubt xact resolution" to 1/2. But I had no luck. Can you please help me in resolving this issue permanently. Regards, --Rudra

Are the SPIDs related to SSIS transactions? If so is the SSIS package hanging?

No Kev, there is no SSIS txn are related.
