Log shipping 14421 error

hello everyone, I am getting ls_alert logshipping 14421 ...out of sync error... I updated monitor tables but still I'm getting the same error. How do I resolve this?

i have tried all those .....my three jobs are running successfully......but same alert out of sync ....i have updated montior tables for both primary and secondary ....pls tell me solution

Are both server running with the same time and date? Could one server be ahead of the other? Are there any authentication errors on in the log on the primary server? Maybe the secondary server can't update log_shipping_secondaries table?
