SQL 2014 64 Windows 2014 and Progress 9.1d ODBC

Can someone help me with this issue? I have a progress 9.1d DB on Sun 5.9 for our MRP system Currently we have a working ODBC driver (merant 32 bits) to query the Progress DB from SQL2000 bits running on Windows 2003 32bits. Now we are going to migrate our SQL DB to a New Server Running Windows 2012 (64b) and SQL 2014 64bits. We are unable to create a Linked Server beacause of our 32bit driver. Do someone knows what is our best path to query the Progress 9 DB from SQL 2014? I appreciate your help in advance

I ran into this problem earlier this year working with a client. Progress didn't have 64bit drivers for ODBC to SQL Server. The question I would be thinking for your upgrade is do we really need linked server connections to Progress? In my case we were pulling data and could have easily shifted this over to SSIS. Unfortunately I lost that battle. I think you would have two options, one install an 32-bit go between instance so you can use linked server queries to progress. The second options, would be to try some third party drivers that might require installing components on both servers.
