Table Sync between two not connected Sql servers

Hi I was assigned a task to sync two table from two different sql server (both are 2008 R2) There is no connectivity between them and I was not allowed to create a link server Can anyone suggest any way how can I achieve it

Is this a one time sync or are you looking for something that is more real time?

I would suggest using an SSIS Merge Transformation if they are at least on the same network.

What is the size of the table in question?
